The sky behind the Hollywood Sign, was just perfect and blue today, a great opportunity to get a perfect shot. Here is the shot I got, and I am very happy with it! One of my best shots of the sign yet!
The weather today has been perfect, mild southern California weather, hi's in the 60's, and lows have been getting down there a bit, into the low 40's and even mid 30's.. Burrr.. One day we even got down to 35 degrees, and I was so hoping for snow! I wonder, has it ever snowed in Los Angeles? I need to research that. You are right Barbara, I am so so lucky to have the Hollywood Sign right here.. I remind myself of that every day, when I look at it..

What a beautiful blue sky background for this shot! LOVE IT! We had similar skies yesterday, and today we are watching for SNOW! It would be a treat to have snow for Christmas here in NC- extremely rare :~) Have a wonderful Christmas, Jeremiah!
It's freezing cold here in NY and I think one of my butt cheeks froze this morning and it is still recovering.
I love the sign! It means so many things to people. We all go to visit it in hopes to be discovered right around it. Ok, maybe that was my dream.
